Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
  • APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
  • International orders
  • Wholesale orders
  • Any order containing replacement parts, basketball hoops or goals, table tennis tables, game tables, billiards tables, dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates & barbells, racks, benches, weighted balls & bags or strength kits

30-Day Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Escalade Sports, you may return it within 30-days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange it for the same item. Escalade Sports will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchasers expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post purchase period has expired.

This policy applies to items purchased from only and does not apply to Escalade Sports products purchased through other retailers.

Process for Standard Return Shipping

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, we they provide insurance and tracking information.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.

Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit. You will be notified you via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.
